Here’s how our loyalty system works:

When purchasing a pizza, orders not included in the overall promotion are credited with 10%.

In other words, when you spend €10, you earn 1 point.

However, if you buy a promotional product, it will not earn points.

Then, if you want to buy a product using your points, 1 point = 1€. So with 10 points you have €10.

To delete your account, you need to do so directly from the application. Go to the third tab at the bottom of the screen, then access the “My information” section. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find the “Delete my account” option.

Please note that this action will result in the loss of your Gold points and, if you subsequently create a new account, you will not benefit from the -30% welcome promotion.

You can cancel an order via the Justqueen application. After logging in to your customer account, select the “MY ACCOUNT” tab. Once the page has loaded, your current reservations will appear. Simply click on the CANCEL button to cancel your reservation.

Your reservation, once cancelled, will be fully reimbursed in loyalty points.

Unfortunately, we inform you that you cannot retrieve an order earlier, however, you can cancel it and place another order with the points refunded.

Product-related problems

The Just Queen team apologizes for any inconvenience. If you do not receive a product or an order, you will automatically receive a refund, of the missing product(s), in loyalty points on your loyalty account, which you can use to place a new order, or reservation, at one of our distributors.
This also applies if your reservation is cancelled; you will automatically be reimbursed in loyalty points.

You can order up to 8 products per order, and the cooking time will depend on the pizza recipes you choose.

As our machines have two ovens, they are capable of putting two pizzas in the oven at the same time. Average baking times are 2 to 3 minutes per pizza.
